Customised products and Artworks: Custom made products and artworks are not valid for returns and refunds.
Damage products: Returns/ Refunds for damaged products is valid till 7 days after you receive the product. If you have received any faulty or damaged product please email on – paintology.vs@gmail.com with the respective photos or video attachment. We shall review the product and take it forward for a replacement/refund after approval. Once you approve your refund, we shall notify you the same.
The refund amount shall be transferred to your bank account within 5 to 8 working days.
